- Manage the planning and execution of team goals, including segmentation of business goals and measurement of goal attainment
- Drive improvements to reporting tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data
- 7+ years of general experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree
