We are seeking a talented Marketing and Communication Trainee to join our team. This role will provide you with real responsibilities, allowing you to put your knowledge into practice, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects across different areas of the company, gaining a broader understanding of our business and learning from experts in their fields.

Main Responsibilities:
Create engaging content, including news articles, messages from management, and internal communications that motivate our team and keep them informed.
Develop compelling internal newsletters, including the internal magazine, personnel news, and annual social responsibility report.
Drive communication campaigns for key internal departments, such as Human Capital, Quality, and Procurement.
Craft scripts for internal video productions to effectively convey key messages.
Plan and execute engaging internal events to foster team spirit and communication.
Serve as a champion for best practices and the proper use of The Leschaco Group brand within the organization.
Support the procurement of materials for brand promotion, including promotional items, roll-ups, and flyers.

Requirements:

  • A university student in the final semesters (1 year to finish) of a degree in Communication or studying a master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • An advanced level of English language proficiency.
