About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing and Shopper Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build our brand, achieve sales objectives, and increase consumer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating marketing plans, developing and optimizing marketing campaigns, and tracking budgets to maximize gains and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Develop and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve sales objectives
  • Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels
  • Track budgets and ensure strong brand presence online and offline
  • Review packaging and positioning of products and suggest improvements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need knowledge of key distribution channel dynamics and POS, sales and marketing KPIs, and CATMAN process and category development mindset. You should also have analytical and creative skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
