Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Sales will play a critical role in managing the hotel's sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue. This includes recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring the hotel is competitively positioned in the local marketplace.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong leadership skills, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing. As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel sales and marketing plans to ensure they align with business objectives
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Contribute to the development of company sales and marketing initiatives
- Organize comprehensive information describing the range of products and services offered by the hotel
- Deliver accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of the hotel and management company
