Job Summary

Pfizer is seeking a highly skilled HEOR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Market Access organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing HEOR deliverables and plans aligned with our MAx strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Market Access Leads to gather key inputs on each case/product and request Early Access Assessments or HEOR projects.
  • Review Global/Regional strategy and HEOR models, and define adaptation needs.
  • Decide the type of economic evaluation that best applies based on evidence and local regulation.
  • Support the process and data generation activities to enable products inclusion in general health council (GHC) and other institutional formularies.
  • Develop an evidence generation plan per case/product based on gaps identified for the local context.
  • Inform internal stakeholders about project status, potential delays, and rationale.
  • Disseminate and publish studies developed responding to strategy and imperatives.
  • Manage vendors' selection based on the HEOR work methodology.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in areas related to information from or relation with public or private health institutions.
  • Technical knowledge about pharmacoeconomics and/or economic modeling.
  • Analysis and knowledge of inclusion processes.
  • High specialty business understanding.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to manage teams with no formal report.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Working Relationships
  • Frequent relationship with local internal areas such as Market Access, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Legal, Corporate Affairs, and Sales.
  • Frequent relationship with regional and global internal areas such as Global/Regional Health and Value (H&V).
  • Continues relationship with external stakeholders from entities such as state governments, private hospitals, private health providers, insurance, health KDMs, physician associations, patients associations, administrative areas of health institutions, pharmaceutical associations, and academic institutions.
