**Strategic Account Manager**
**Purpose**:
The Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts (SAM) works as Bayer's liaison
with the main payers in the public sphere of Mexico such as IMSS, ISSSTE, IMSS BIENESTAR, where he needs to deliver all the value proposals to the different groups of interest
achieving inclusion in the basic forms and also reaching the additional budget of 100% and 20% in each contract for the Bayer portfolio, through strategies developed for each brand aligned to the SAL (strategic Access Lead) strategy, Also establish strong partnership with Chapter lead and Product Team Lead´s (PT); Implementing strong value propositions of Chapter key products and involving the entire Product Team’s priorities. This position will provide support as indirect VACC leader to Product Team’s, Territorial SAM’s in strategic thinking capabilities, developing institutional initiatives based on clear customer needs and co-creating value-based relationships with critical external stakeholders in mayor public institutions and decentralized accounts in Mexico.

Local management involving his/her institutions at the central level but involving leadership at all levels of care through the products teams. team
**Key Tasks**:
- Identificar oportunidades presupuestarias para presentar propuestas de inclusión económica.
COMMERCIAL:
- Achieve national public sales objectives for Bayer products with central and territorial contracts.
- Co-create strategies and indirectly lead the products teams (Sales Team, Territorial SAM´s, SAL strategic Access Lead’s, Medical, HP & Advocacy, etc.) to achieve commercial objectives for each brand (inspirations, contract exhaustion, CPM assignment, budget approval, additional purchases or assignment of new contracts).
- Follow-up of participation in tenders with main payers and distributors
- Strong monitoring of the supply of Bayer products in each of the institutions (30-day inventory level)
ACCESS:
- Schedule value proposition meetings with KDM (medical, financial and administrative) to obtain approvals for inclusion in the basic forms.
- Obtain strategic information (market intelligence) to share with SAL to prepare value propositions.
- Demonstrate the clinical and economic benefits of our portfolio with KDM and TLs.
- Identify payer access needs and competitor strategies.
- Identify budget opportunities to present proposals for economic inclusion.
**Key Working Relation**:
Internal: Sales Force, SAMs Jr, Marketing, HEOR, Medical, Health Policy & Advocacy, MAC liaisons, Access Head and TA Heads.
External: Key Decision Maker, Key Opinion Leaders, Wholesalers, Financial and Administrative areas.
