About This Role:


This is an exciting opportunity to join our full-cycle recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting the recruitment for junior-level individual contributor roles across the Western Hemisphere, with a focus on Latin America. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will partner with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent to our organization. You will lead a full-cycle recruitment process, including developing recruitment strategies, conducting phone screens, facilitating interviews with hiring managers, and extending negotiated offers to finalist candidates.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to reduce time to fill, utilizing direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining, and referral methodologies
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest, provide feedback discussions across interview panels, and facilitate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM)
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand near-term staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Create and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing plans to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to inform recruitment search strategies

What We Offer:


As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Avantor, you can expect a competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources generalist roles, in-house recruiter, and/or recruitment agency experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting, and/or behavioral-based interviewing. You must have strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or another large-scale ATS.
