Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team in Latin America. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end talent acquisition processes that deliver world-class innovation and solutions to identify and attract top talent.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will work closely with our Managing Directors and Business Leaders to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality. Your primary goal will be to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition processes for strategic positions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and meeting SGS growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent across multiple channels, including networking, employee referrals, professional associations, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and map out key talent pools, including industry trends and relevant networking communities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring a constant supply of top-tier talent for future positions.
  • Support highly confident leadership decision-making through thoughtful, detailed, and consultative end-to-end searches.
  • Examine the current state of the job market and external competitors, identifying major trends that are impacting the supply and demand for labor.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Global experience with strong analytical & communication skills.
  • Linkedin Recruiter expertise, with desirable ATS knowledge (Workday, Smart Recruiter).
  • Deep technical sourcing expertise, including Boolean search strings.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition areas and 2 years of experience working for LATAM.
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting top management positions and 3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, services, or engineering areas.
