About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Park Senior Villas Chandler. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving the success of our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract and engage the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage talent planning, forecasting future hiring needs, and aligning hiring strategy with long-term workforce plans.
  • Partner with business and HR teams to understand job requirements and calibrate with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct job advertising and posting, developing job descriptions and posting on internal and external sites.
  • Manage talent screening, analyzing resumes, conducting screening interviews, and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Facilitate assessments to evaluate technical and behavioral capabilities.
  • Build talent communities, representing the organization at employment fairs and participating in campus recruiting activities.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways to address talent acquisition challenges.
  • Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Seek market intelligence and trends to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessments, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Create, analyze, and present monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Manage the ATS to ensure the recruitment process is accurately tracked in real-time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports.
  • Experience with ATS systems.
