Key Responsibilities:- Talent Planning: Forecast future hiring needs, align hiring strategy with long-term workforce plans, and analyze market trends that impact labor supply and demand.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with Business and HR teams to understand job needs, calibrate with stakeholders, and drive a strong candidate experience.
- Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement recruitment lifecycle strategies, manage job advertising and posting, and conduct talent screening.
- Candidate Engagement: Facilitate assessments, build talent communities, and work with Marketing to develop creative solutions for talent acquisition challenges.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create, analyze, and present monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics, and manage the ATS to track recruitment performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and design recruitment and selection processes.
