The Employee Service Center (ESC) team at Zillow is dedicated to providing exceptional HR support to employees in a Cloud HQ environment. Our mission is to transform the way employees receive HR support, making it efficient and effective. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class experience to our employees.

About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Service Specialist to join our Mexico City office team. In this role, you will provide support to our employees, including onboarding, event planning, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with our HR teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and paperwork
  • Plan and execute events for the Mexico office, such as recruiting events and housewarmings
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining physical employee records and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Act as a liaison between the WeWork team and Zillow to identify and escalate challenges
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
