About the Role

Our Risk team is a critical component of Revolut Ltd's operations, working closely with various functions, products, and regions to monitor performance and ensure the company's financial stability. As a key member of this team, you will be involved in the design, implementation, and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Risk Governance Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective risk governance processes that align with the company's risk appetite and strategy.
  • Develop and Maintain Risk Management Framework: Design and implement cross-functional elements of the risk management framework, ensuring it is aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead Risk Appetite Framework Establishment: Develop and maintain the risk appetite framework, ensuring it is aligned with the company's risk tolerance and business strategy.
  • Contribute to Risk Monitoring: Collaborate with the risk team to monitor the company's risk profile through key risk indicators (KRIs), incidents, and other risk monitoring tools.
  • Support Risk Framework Implementation: Assist in the implementation of the risk framework in international and other operating subsidiaries.
  • Develop Management Information: Create insightful management information to support business decision-making and risk management.
  • Contribute to Risk Awareness and Culture: Collaborate with the risk team to strengthen firm-wide risk awareness and culture.

Requirements

  • 5-7 Years of Experience: Proven experience in risk management in the financial services sector.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • ERM Framework Experience: Substantial practical experience in designing and implementing ERM frameworks in a financial services environment, preferably in banking and/or payments.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to create and analyze data to generate meaningful business and risk insights, preferably with SQL/business intelligence tooling.
