Agricare Sales Representative for Plant Growth Regulators

Sales Representative RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our PGR products to customers in northern Mexico. This includes developing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales cover of northern areas where PGR product crops are used
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets for PGR products
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our PGR products effectively
- Conduct market research and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- MORE THAN 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SALES OR A RELATED FIELD
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF MEETING OR EXCEEDING SALES TARGETS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM
- Familiarity with plant growth regulators and related industries
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $408,000 - $612,000 pesos per year (approximately $34,000 - $51,000 USD per month), plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our Hybrid remote work model allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
Location:
This role is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, but may require occasional travel to other locations within northern Mexico.
Language:
Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
