Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
We are looking for a Sales Growth Specialist who will drive sales leads through proactive prospecting, self-sourcing, and generating target account lists. As a key member of our sales team, you will maintain high daily prospecting activity, build industry expertise, and qualify leads to meet our Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) quotas.

Requirements:
- 1 year of inside sales experience
- Experience in a SaaS company
- Professional and efficient communication
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and ready to advance in your sales career
- Strong desire to work in sales and the tech services industry
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving specified number of leads
- Coachable and resilient
- Fluent English communication skills
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
