Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)

We are looking for a Sales Growth Specialist who will drive sales leads through proactive prospecting, self-sourcing, and generating target account lists. As a key member of our sales team, you will maintain high daily prospecting activity, build industry expertise, and qualify leads to meet our Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) quotas.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of inside sales experience
  • Experience in a SaaS company
  • Professional and efficient communication
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and ready to advance in your sales career
  • Strong desire to work in sales and the tech services industry
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving specified number of leads
  • Coachable and resilient
  • Fluent English communication skills

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This is an estimate based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
