Job Title: Account Manager II

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and account development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales activities and projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in analytical chromatography or a related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical solution selling experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
