Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead our team in the E-Systems division at Torreon Plant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, operational excellence, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee engagement and operational excellence through high-performance work teams, world-class talent management, and innovative operating practices.
- Ensure compliance with Internal Labor Regulations and the Federal Labor Law.
- Review rotation and absenteeism statistics with the production area and implement actions.
- Manage labor conflicts and document claims.
- Conduct work environment surveys.
- Execute Human Resources initiatives.
- Maintain communication with the Union.
- Follow up on union dues payments.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the Automotive Wiring Harness Industry or Manufacturing sector.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, with negotiation and mediation abilities.
- Collaborative mind-set for a global environment.
- Personal management skills.
- Proficient English language skills.
