The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources team, including recruitment, total compensation, training and development, employee relations, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members.
  • Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources.
  • Attend job fairs and ensure documentation of outreach efforts.
  • Administer and educate employees on benefits, including unemployment claims and hearings.
  • Support employee development through orientation programs, cross-training, and on-the-job training.
  • Maintain effective employee communication channels and resolve employee issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including medical records and drug testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
