Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members.
- Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources.
- Attend job fairs and ensure documentation of outreach efforts.
- Administer and educate employees on benefits, including unemployment claims and hearings.
- Support employee development through orientation programs, cross-training, and on-the-job training.
- Maintain effective employee communication channels and resolve employee issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including medical records and drug testing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, management operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
