Job Summary

As a key member of the Exfo Products Mexico operation management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our business. The Human Resources Manager is a highly skilled professional responsible for overseeing HR-related functions for the Mexico business unit and supporting other locations as needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR management systems and databases
  • Manage the recruitment process for all departments
  • Design and implement yearly training plans to achieve departmental objectives and employee development goals
  • Prepare payroll, track work attendance, and process social insurance
  • Suggest changes to benefits to ensure Exfo Products remains competitive
  • Collaborate with government agencies as required
  • Coordinate annual employee reviews
  • Analyze and recommend salary scale changes
  • Maintain awareness of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Organize quarterly team-building activities
  • Oversee departmental budget
  • Provide reports on attendance, turnover, and other relevant metrics
  • Ensure departmental compliance with ISO 14000 environmental standards

Requirements

  • Technical skills: knowledge of labor laws, government procedures, and ISO standards
  • Previous experience with HRM software

Necessary Experience

Compensation

$97,912 per year, paid monthly ($9,791.18 - $23,276.48)
