Overview

Toneluck, a leading global company founded in 1976, has expanded its operations to five manufacturing plants across China and Mexico. The company consists of five business divisions, with a strong presence in the automotive switches industry.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager - Latin America to join our team in Querétaro. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with recruitment channels in Latin America and Mexico, with the ability to independently conduct recruitment activities for middle to senior management and frontline staff.
  • Planning and execution of human resources operations for our overseas company, including establishment and implementation of personnel procedures or regulations.
  • Administrative tasks, such as receiving deployed personnel, arranging accommodations, and procuring office supplies and everyday essentials.
  • Translation tasks, involving translation of relevant domestic regulations and notices, as well as other required documents.
  • Overseeing finance, PMC, warehouse management, customs clearance, and related tasks.

Requirements

  • Holding legal Mexican status or accepting overseas assignments.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, Chinese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, familiarity with the Mexican local talent market, and experience in HR within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear and detailed problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, coordination, organizational skills, a high degree of teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Location and Salary

Querétaro, Mexico - $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month (salary negotiable based on experience). We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
