At SPX FLOW, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Operations department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web portals.
- Process customer orders, manage order status, and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, supply chain, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams, to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, resolution rates, and quality of service.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or commercial operations environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly develop proficiency in new programs.
