As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests have a smooth, productive stay that meets their personal and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
- Empower guests to move about their space and do what needs to be done.
- Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Ensure that all transactions feel like part of the experience.
Requirements:
- Create a safe work place and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure that your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
