Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Professional to become an integral part of our remote team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will handle inquiries via email and phone communication. Your key responsibilities will involve addressing user concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with user inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver clear and concise information to users
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues effectively
  • Accurately document user interactions in our system
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum B2 level of English proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid research capabilities
  • Experience in customer service is highly desirable but not mandatory

Availability:

We require an individual willing to work on weekends and three evenings during the week to enhance our support hours and assist clients beyond regular schedules. This position is full-time, with hours distributed throughout the week.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum
