About the Role
The Sales Support Specialist will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area, supporting the sales process and customers. Key responsibilities include preparing technical descriptions of products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement and Analytics in Mexico. Main stakeholders are in ABB USA. The work model for this role is #LI-Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
- Reviewing the quality of the sales process and be a liaison between Customer Service Representatives, Customers, Factories, and Sales Channel Partners.
- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
About You
We're looking for someone who is at ease communicating in English and has 1-2 years of experience in positions related to customer service and/or purchasing. Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus. A Bachelor's Degree completed is required.

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
