Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative medical devices and solutions to healthcare professionals in Mexico City.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the medical device industry. As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospital administrators, and other key decision-makers.
  • Provide clinical education and training on our products and solutions to healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Hemodynamic Technician, or a related field.
  • Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Mexican healthcare market and regulatory environment would be an asset.
