- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits practices are competitive and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating figures.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Project management experience and a strong analytical mindset.
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the automotive industry.
