About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team at Findasense, a global Customer Experience company. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, guiding decision-making, and enhancing customer experiences through strategic marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert data into strategic insights, supporting internal stakeholders with decision-making tools.
  • Identify trends using advanced tools and tailor business and communication plans to these insights.
  • Design workshops, research methodologies, stakeholder plans, and KPI analysis for strategic guidance.
  • Create comprehensive communication and engagement strategies across media channels and touchpoints.
  • Mentor and inspire strategic thinking across the organization, driving growth and innovation.
  • Adapt strategies in real time based on consumer responses and market benchmarks.
  • Generate 360-degree strategies leveraging customer insights.
  • Implement methodologies to bring brand strategies to life, aligning with client goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Basic understanding of Marketing Automation, Web analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital technologies.
  • Tools: Global Web Index, Trendwatching, Social Listening, Tagger, WARC.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to inspire and manage multicultural teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, inspirational, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, plus benefits including 23 days of annual vacation, major medical insurance coverage, pantry vouchers, and flexible hours.
