Job Overview
Role Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for engaging with potential guests and owners, providing them with opportunities to invest in premium vacation experiences or expand their ownership portfolios. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the Company’s standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily to meet guests and owners as a professional sales representative, adhering to the appropriate dress code and grooming standards.
- Follow standard working hours.
- Welcome each guest and owner warmly, as outlined during initial interactions.
- Utilize approved presentation materials effectively to meet established performance metrics within designated time frames.
- Contribute to achieving site goals, including visitor per guest (VPG) and closing percentages, as determined by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and owners, following training and management directives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and competitor products by participating in all required training sessions, both in-person and online.
- Comply with all established policies, procedures, and requirements for licensure and certifications.
- Discuss terms, incentives, and pricing with customers after consulting with management.
- Effectively secure commitments from guests and owners to make purchases.
- Regularly participate in demonstration and assessment sessions with team leaders and sales managers to enhance coaching and motivation.
- Model and reinforce effective sales techniques and customer service practices.
- Attend staff meetings and additional training sessions as required.
Candidate Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Background in sales, marketing, or tourism is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to navigate stairs as part of the building structure.
- Visual acuity required for paperwork processing.
- Effective verbal communication skills for negotiating project plans.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and experience in Vacation Ownership Sales is preferred.
