About the Role: As a key leader within one of our largest and most productive segments across the Motive Sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of seasoned Account Executives in engaging and closing top prospects, while driving revenue growth and achievement.

This is a unique opportunity to be a primary driver and contributor to one of the fastest-growing sales channels within a leading SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a world-class group of seasoned Account Executives, partnering to close large and high-priority prospects
  • Develop and execute plans for your team to meet or exceed Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets
  • Track progress and success of your Account Executives against key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Implement account executive training and coaching programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability through best-in-class hiring and ongoing coaching
  • Collaborate with your Account Executives and engage high-priority client prospects to sell the value of Motive and close large accounts
  • Ensure the use of CRM and other operational tools, processes, and best practices in pipeline planning, forecasting, and sales execution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience directly managing SaaS sales teams
  • History of exceeding sales targets with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level clients
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to action, including best-in-class customer skills, communication, empathy, and integrity
  • A people-based mindset, with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent at all levels
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies
