This is a unique opportunity to be a primary driver and contributor to one of the fastest-growing sales channels within a leading SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a world-class group of seasoned Account Executives, partnering to close large and high-priority prospects
- Develop and execute plans for your team to meet or exceed Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets
- Track progress and success of your Account Executives against key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement account executive training and coaching programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability through best-in-class hiring and ongoing coaching
- Collaborate with your Account Executives and engage high-priority client prospects to sell the value of Motive and close large accounts
- Ensure the use of CRM and other operational tools, processes, and best practices in pipeline planning, forecasting, and sales execution
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience directly managing SaaS sales teams
- History of exceeding sales targets with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level clients
- Ability to lead and motivate others to action, including best-in-class customer skills, communication, empathy, and integrity
- A people-based mindset, with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent at all levels
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies
