Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients via phone.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will identify and analyze client inquiries regarding billing questions, sales, upgrades, technical support, promotions, device activations, disconnections, and retention efforts. Empathy and effective communication skills are essential in handling stressful and sometimes challenging calls.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service experience.
  • English language proficiency at a B2/C1 level (conversational).
What We Offer

A competitive salary of approximately $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.

This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on meeting customer satisfaction goals.
