Customer Service Team Lead

Job Overview:
A key role in our Teletrac Navman team is to oversee the daily operations of our customer service department. As a Senior Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and assistance with their fleet-related issues.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team. You should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential, as is your attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience with GPS products and mobile devices is an advantage, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Gather customer information and determine the root cause of issues
- Identify opportunities for productivity improvements through the measurable development of individual associates
- Organize and conduct effective performance appraisals with associates
- Ensure the effective use of recruitment processes to build the team as needed
- Provide coaching to ensure associates are continually growing and developing
- Recognize and promote the value each team member brings to the team
- Assist with after-hours technical support on a rotational basis
- Drive individual career planning and succession planning within the team
Requirements:
- Ability to work shifts between 6:00am - 10:00pm
- Positive and enthusiastic approach and attitude
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, drive, and enthusiasm
- Passionate customer service orientation with experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to take ownership and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
