About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Spaces.

Job Description

As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to our members. This includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and providing a world-class experience.

You will work closely with our community teams to create a vibrant and inspiring environment that fosters productivity, creativity, and connection among our members.

A Typical Day

A typical day as a Community Associate will involve:

  • Welcoming new and existing customers, providing them with information about our services and facilities.
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as invoicing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and basic IT equipment, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
