Wwex Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Excellence Associate to join our Operations team.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description

The Customer Service Excellence Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by focusing on continuous improvement, efficiency, and clear communication. This role will work closely with customer-facing teams and carrier partners to execute day-to-day operations as a highly transactional service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service through transactional services and clear communication
  • Assist customer-facing teams using proper Salesforce macros, templates, and flows
  • Improve time management, organization, and planning skills
  • Communicate daily with customer-facing teams and customers via Salesforce tools
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Internal systems knowledge
  • Microsoft programs proficiency
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively
