About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR within our new manufacturing plant, which will operate 24/7 with approximately 1,300 employees.

You will report directly to our Senior HR Director based in the US and work closely with plant management to ensure that HR strategies align with our overall business objectives and foster a positive and joyful culture. Key areas of focus include:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
  • Significant progressive HR leadership experience gained within the manufacturing industry, ideally in Consumer Goods
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Mexico
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Mexican Spanish

  • An attractive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
