Tiffany & Co. Team Management Role
The Tiffany & Co. Team Manager will be responsible for leading, developing, and supporting sales, operations, and security team members to achieve commercial targets and elevate the store experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Director in achieving commercial targets, product category targets, and relevant KPIs
- Motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed store commercial targets
- Develop and implement client development activities among individual team members
- Demonstrate passion and deliver exceptional client service at every touchpoint
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) system
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
