About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and grow our user base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, to target diasporas in the US.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create targeted audiences using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting options.
  • Continuously optimize ad creatives and landing pages for better performance.
  • Support the launch and management of LemFi's social media presence, fostering a strong and engaged community.
  • Take ownership of growth targets for assigned markets and represent digital marketing channels in weekly meetings.
  • Provide weekly performance updates on assigned markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Latin American communities.
  • A passion for social media and community management.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
