LemFi, a neo-bank for the international diaspora, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and engagement across various platforms. As a key member of our growing team, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to maximize untapped potential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms targeting diasporas in the US.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create targeted audiences using demographic, behavioral, and interest-based targeting options.
  • Optimize ad creatives and landing pages for better performance.
  • Support the launch and management of LemFi's Social Media pages, fostering a strong and engaged community.
  • Take ownership of growth targets for assigned markets.
  • Represent digital marketing channels in weekly meetings.
  • Provide weekly performance updates on assigned markets.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights.
  • Experience with campaign management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Latin American communities.
  • A passion for social media and community management.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
