About the Role

Gigamon is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Partner Success organization, driving growth and excellence in our channel and partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and evolve a world-class Partner Success organization, fostering a culture of success and exceptional standards of service and support.
  2. Develop and implement a system-based approach to measuring value, ensuring a cadence for review and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Channel, Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years' experience in leading customer and/or partner-facing organizations, with a proven track record of creating high-performing teams.
  2. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong ability to manage and influence positively through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  3. Strong account management skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support, with experience working with SaaS/Cloud companies.
  4. Able to work with all levels of individuals, including C-level executives, and possess a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  5. Relevant Bachelor's degree or level of experience, with fluency in English and additional languages a plus.
