About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Business Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering ongoing support and guidance to our clients, helping them to achieve their business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored support and guidance.
- Work closely with customers to identify and prioritize their business objectives, developing and implementing targeted support plans to drive success.
- Provide expert guidance and support on the use of SAP Cloud solutions, helping customers to maximize their return on investment and achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of support and services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SAP solutions, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer IT landscapes and lifecycles, providing expert guidance and support on SAP solutions and services.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of IT landscapes and lifecycles, with a focus on SAP solutions and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer-centricity.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
