Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dispatch Service Desk Agent. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to emergency responders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to critical situations.

You will be part of our 24/7 x 365 system support center, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, adapting to changing situations while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tactfully interacting with customers to build strong relationships
  • Proactively utilizing problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Analyzing and resolving complex customer business issues
  • Educating customers on respective business processes and procedures
  • Displaying strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction

Estimated Salary: $45,000-$60,000 per yearBenefits
