- Industry Expertise: 2 or more years of experience in DCO, Ad-Tech Ad-Ops, or Ad-Server.
- SLA Understanding: Strong understanding of SLAs and the ability to deliver on commitments.
- Account Escalation: Previous experience leading and resolving account escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- System Proficiency: Proficiency in systems and tools that enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Leadership: Fearless in leading teams and driving them to meet high-quality and timely deliverables.
- Workflow Understanding: In-depth understanding of workflows, both at a macro and granular level.
- Collaboration Skills: Expert collaborator, both internally and externally, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Continuous Learning: Passion for continuous learning and optimization, keeping abreast of industry developments and applying them to drive success.
- Certifications: PMP and Scrum Master Certifications are a strong plus but not required.
