About the Role

Clinch Labs Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Client Activation Manager to drive momentum across our clients, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and lead project management for our accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Momentum: Lead the client engagement process, ensuring all activities move forward effectively and efficiently toward measurable results.
  • SLA Assurance: Deliver high-quality results on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Account Escalations: Act as the escalation leader for key accounts, addressing and resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Project Management: Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain a structured and efficient approach to managing client accounts.
  • Workflow Optimization: Possess a comprehensive understanding of high-level and granular workflows, enabling effective management and optimization.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage technology and tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Team Leadership: Fearlessly lead the team in executing tasks to a high standard and within the designated time frame.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Client Engagement: Forge strong external collaborations with clients, actively engaging them in strategic discussions and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously optimize learning by staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a momentum driver and Project Manager who consistently achieves measurable results.
  • Industry Expertise: 2 or more years of experience in DCO, Ad-Tech Ad-Ops, or Ad-Server.
  • SLA Understanding: Strong understanding of SLAs and the ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Account Escalation: Previous experience leading and resolving account escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • System Proficiency: Proficiency in systems and tools that enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Leadership: Fearless in leading teams and driving them to meet high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Workflow Understanding: In-depth understanding of workflows, both at a macro and granular level.
  • Collaboration Skills: Expert collaborator, both internally and externally, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Continuous Learning: Passion for continuous learning and optimization, keeping abreast of industry developments and applying them to drive success.
  • Certifications: PMP and Scrum Master Certifications are a strong plus but not required.
