Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative individual to take on the role of Manager of Vendor Management (MVM). This pivotal position will oversee a high-performing team dedicated to enhancing the availability of books in various formats for all readers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve both revenue and profitability targets for the Books category.
  • Manage strategic vendor partnerships, expanding product offerings and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to drive customer engagement and product visibility.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure optimal product availability and inventory management.
  • Take full ownership of P&L responsibilities, including forecasting and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, project management, or procurement.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
