Sales Champion for Global Hygiene Brands

With a strong sales background in FMCG or consumer goods, you will excel in building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding market needs and implementing effective promotional campaigns. Your passion for in-store excellence and ability to drive sales growth will make a significant impact in your region.
In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-stocked, negotiating opportunities for display enhancements and promotions, and driving sales forward to meet and surpass assigned targets and objectives.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, has a resilient work ethic and a positive 'can-do' approach. Your strong customer service skills, ability to analyse customer data and persuasively guide others will be essential in this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally. We also offer short-term incentives to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
