Role Overview

You will integrate into one of our dedicated teams and operate from the office you have applied to. This client-facing position involves collaborating closely with clients to resolve their business inquiries through the delivery of high-quality research grounded in credible sources and robust methodologies. The topics you will explore will vary significantly, providing both challenges and opportunities for growth, supported by your managers, Professional Development Coach, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough scoping for intricate research projects and develop comprehensive business analyses.
  • Identify issues and propose methodologies tailored to business needs.
  • Perform extensive desk research utilizing a range of publicly accessible sources and databases.
  • Master data collection techniques across different geographies and industries.
  • Integrate various research methodologies and approaches effectively.
  • Derive insights from gathered data and independently craft executive summaries.
  • Utilize data to narrate a coherent and insightful story to clients, addressing their business challenges.
  • Enhance the design of research tools and materials (e.g., discussion guides, surveys).
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Uphold high service standards and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders to collaboratively find acceptable solutions.
  • Maintain an autonomous work structure and ensure adherence to best practices in research analysis.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Share expertise in specialized fields (e.g., database knowledge, data modeling, market research) as applicable.
  • Provide detailed feedback during evaluation cycles and identify team development needs with management.
  • Contribute to internal development initiatives at Infomineo.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background & Language Proficiency:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional certification in a similar area is advantageous.
  • 4+ years of experience in a research-oriented role (consulting, data analysis, data processing, data analytics, or market research).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in an additional language is preferred (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic).
