At North American Production Sharing, Inc., we're on a mission to deliver creative, custom t-shirts to our customers. To achieve this, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working weekends from 7am to 7pm.
Your Role:
- Help customers navigate our website, create and modify custom designs, and process orders efficiently.
- Create competitive quotes for customer requests and act as a point of contact between customers and our departments.
- Complete timely customer follow-ups to ensure fulfillment of sales and service needs.
Your Qualifications:
- True computer proficiency and ability to navigate systems.
- Bilingual with 80-90%+ proficiency in English.
- High attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Previous experience in custom manufacturing is a plus.
- CRM experience, inside sales background, and typing 35wpm are also preferred.
Work Arrangement:
- Full-time, on-site job located in Hacienda del Colorado, Tijuana, B.C.
- Work 4 days, rest 3 days off.
