Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Leadership Role to join our team at Lilly. As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive business growth in the Retail and Government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver results and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, IT, and Sales Operations, to deliver business results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to innovate and accelerate business growth.
  • Hold a bold and winning mindset, and live and sponsor a culture of accountability, passion for results, and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of previous commercial experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively lead teams during times of change.
  • Business-level English language proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or other related graduate-level degree desirable.
  • Monthly traveling availability, with approximately 18 days of travel per quarter.

Work Environment:

This role is based in CDMX, with expected travel to Durango, Tijuana, and Mexicali approximately 30% of the time.
