Galderma, a leading dermatology company, seeks a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Business Specialist - Aesthetic Portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative teams at key assigned accounts, focused on selling our Aesthetic Portfolio. Your primary objective will be to cover your assigned sales quota through providing consultation services aimed at developing aesthetic business in healthcare clinics.
Responsibilities:
- Visit selected healthcare professionals to provide consultation services for aesthetic business development, based on the strengths and areas of opportunity of each clinic. Identify opportunities for each assigned account, creating a strong professional relationship with clients to understand their needs and potential, to cover their assigned sales quotas.
- Develop an action plan that allows them to cover their quotas, improving customer attention, communication, advertising, and patient follow-up to maintain or grow the assigned account as a key account.
- Establish a lasting commercial relationship aimed at promoting and selling the products of the Aesthetic Portfolio of Galderma, based on the needs of final consumers and highlighting the characteristics and benefits of the Aesthetic Portfolio products.
- Execute the local strategy established by the Marketing area to achieve the established goals for the Aesthetic business.
- Collaborate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategies to increase the efficiency of the Aesthetic business.
- Prepare reports on the results of your function and explain deviations.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in a medical-biological area or administration. Intermediate English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales. Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or high-specialty medical devices.
