**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Dermatology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and administrative teams at key accounts. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our Aesthetics portfolio, with a strong emphasis on understanding the needs of our customers and delivering exceptional results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit selected healthcare professionals to provide consultation services for aesthetic business development, based on the strengths and areas of opportunity for each clinic.
- Identify opportunities for each assigned account, building a strong professional relationship with clients to understand their needs and potential, and covering their assigned sales quotas.
- Develop an action plan to help clients meet their sales quotas, improving customer attention, communication, advertising, and patient follow-up to maintain or grow assigned key accounts.
- Establish a lasting commercial relationship aimed at promoting and selling Aesthetics portfolio products based on the needs of end consumers and highlighting the characteristics and benefits of Aesthetics Galderma products.
- Execute the local strategy established by the Marketing area to achieve the established goals for the Aesthetics business.
- Collaborate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategies to increase the efficiency of the Aesthetics business.
- Prepare reports on the results of your function and explain deviations.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a medical-biological or administrative field.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably 1-3 years in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or high-specialty medical devices.
