We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Back Office De Chihuahua in Chihuahua, Mexico.
About the Role:
- Schedule appointments with clients and handle follow-ups as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and address client inquiries or issues. Training will be provided on who to contact and how to solve specific client problems.
- Draft professional letters and communications for clients. The ability to use tools like ChatGPT to craft correspondence is a plus.
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily administrative duties.
- Assist in special projects, including tasks related to real estate (e.g., coordinating with realtors) and debt elimination programs.
- Must be comfortable using various technologies to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to answer questions directly and clearly.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with tools like ChatGPT is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required due to the diversity of our client base.
- Must be able to handle direct feedback and communicate issues honestly. We value clear and open communication.
- Ability to handle client problems with common sense and escalate issues when needed.
