Position Overview

As an SAP Security Analyst specializing in Service Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the lifecycle management of SAP WRP and S4 services, concentrating on daily operations and enhancements to ensure optimal reliability and availability.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders and teams to establish IT standards (operational, compliance, etc.) for SAP systems.
  • Overseeing, supporting, and enhancing services in alignment with incident, change, and problem management protocols, adhering to IT TR and SAP standards.
  • Engaging in internal cross-functional collaboration for SAP transformation initiatives, focusing on continuous process enhancements and providing insights on high-value propositions based on best practices.
  • Actively participating in the migration of SAP to S4, while considering integration aspects related to architecture for modules and technical requirements.
  • Working closely with application development teams to ensure operational readiness for new applications and features.
  • Partnering with business teams, product owners, and project management to define application and process roadmaps.
  • Driving ongoing service improvements and innovations in productivity, software quality, and reliability, with a focus on meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Accountable for monitoring and analyzing key operational and technical metrics within the business.

Candidate Profile

This role is ideal for you if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in configuration, development, testing, and release processes.
  • A comprehensive understanding of technologies used in the development and operation of distributed application systems, including experience in managing data center systems and infrastructure.
  • A proven history of success in participating in projects and initiatives, even when details are ambiguous.
  • Strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, organization, and conflict resolution.
  • Extensive experience with IT Service Management and standards.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
  • A demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages.
  • A comfort level in fast-paced environments, motivated by complex technical and business challenges.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles.
