Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior FICO Analyst. This role is essential in ensuring the effective implementation and management of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP FICO and will be instrumental in driving cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field to enhance our financial operations.
  • Preferred certification in Accounting (CPA or equivalent) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Leverage your bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to facilitate communication across teams.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP FICO, particularly in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Identify and optimize system capabilities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the design, build, and troubleshooting of financial solutions, providing comprehensive analysis of various options.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management regarding project updates and key decisions.
  • Oversee General Ledger functionalities, including multi-currency setups and compliance with various accounting standards.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business modules.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding e-invoicing in LATAM regions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during audits to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage asset accounting and banking functions effectively.
  • Utilize SAP Controlling knowledge to enhance financial reporting.
  • Preferred certification in S4 HANA to align with our technological advancements.
  • Basic understanding of ABAP for debugging and code review is highly desirable.
  • Approximately 15 years of experience, with 8-10 years in hands-on SAP implementations.
  • Lead the implementation and global rollout of the FICO module across multiple countries.
  • Provide production support and enhancements, adapting to the needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with globally located IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Experience in the retail sector is advantageous.
